The values of an organization, when God given, are powerful. They guide all decisions and actions when intentionally followed. After much prayer, we have come to believe these are the values God has called us to be His ambassadors for within His Kingdom.
1. Servants of God’s love – let us be love, His love, to all others…
Our greatest hope and prayer is to serve others from a place of unconditional love and truth… God’s love and truth. To know God is to love God, for God is love. We stand before our Abba Father as empty vessels for His love to flow through to His children.
1 John 4:11-12,17 “Dear friends, since God loved us that much, we surely ought to love each other. No one has seen God. But if we love each other, God lives in us, and His love is brought into full expression in us… God is love, and all who live in love live in God, and God lives in them.”
2. Seek Him first – we continually seek God’s path and heart for how we are to serve His children moment to moment…
As we passionately seek God’s direction in unceasing prayer, we draw ever closer to Him. As we draw closer in knowing our Lord, He reveals more of His very nature to us. His will for our lives, His ministry, and the life calling for those we serve becomes clearer and clearer. The passion of our hearts and how He has uniquely made us becomes clearer. Our God is a God of clarity, not confusion. In seeking Him we discover clarity in all aspects of our lives. This clarity drives our actions for the ministry and for those we serve in love.
Proverbs 3:5-6 “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight”
3. Holy transformation – we humbly seek transformation by the Holy Spirit…
True transformation of the mind, heart, and soul is not of man, but of God through the Holy Spirit. Being conformed into the likeness of Christ cannot be done in our human strength or will, but only by the transformational power of the Holy Spirit. We do not transform the lives of those we serve. God does through His love for His children. We merely create environments that prepare the minds and hearts of people to be open to God’s transforming power.
2 Corinthians 3:18 “But we are all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as from the Lord, the Spirit.”
4. Fearfully and wonderfully made – we rejoice in how God has uniquely created each of His children…
No two of us are made exactly alike by our Heavenly Creator. God has formed each of His children in His image in unique and wonderful ways. Our heart’s desire is to serve others in prayerfully discovering how their Father in Heaven has uniquely made them. It is not our relationship with God… it is theirs and we honor this. In fact, we are privileged to serve them in their journey of intimacy with the Holy Trinity.
Psalm 139:13-16 “For You formed my inward parts. You wove me in my mothers womb. I will give thanks to You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are Your works and my soul knows it well.”
