Many organizations have asked us to assist them in creating what is sometimes called a “crafted prayer” for their operation. Essentially, this is a group effort of prayer that seeks to discover the prayer that God wants prayed over the operation. We have learned that discovering what God wants us to pray for and then praying it back to Him can be a long process, but certainly worthwhile. We base our crafted prayer effort on a model which God has given to us, based on what we see in Scripture.
The process involves coming to the Father to listen as a group, using collective discernment to hear what is on the Father’s heart for a specific season or area – developing a written prayer, crafted over several times of waiting, listening, and gleaning from the prayer team (to ensure any emotions, personal bents, etc. are filtered out and we are close to what His heart is for us for the specific season of time).We also desire to help individuals and ministries learn to implement listening prayer into the regular part of their lives and ministries.
